Bboy Salo creates this training plan while he uses these same exercises in his daily routine in order to improve his performance. This applies to Breaking technique but it can be useful for any other dance style or practice because it works on your strength, coordination and challenges your endurance.

Advises: warm up and find a comfortable surface before each video. This can be considered a high level and intensity training so gradually apply the exercises and the number of rounds to your level and body condition.
