Full combination of the 4 exercises explained previously with the suggestion of the number of rounds and repetitions.

Advise: warm up and find a comfortable surface before this video.  If you can´t continuously do the combination, stop and rest between exercises, and gradually increase the number of rounds and repetitions until you reach the goal.
